Temitayo Ojo is the founding partner of JTO Partners. He graduated from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria in 2005 with a degree in Law (LL.B Hons) and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. He obtained an LL.M. from Columbia University in the City of New York in 2012. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
Prior to founding the Firm, Temitayo began his legal career at the law firm of Aluko & Oyebode in Lagos, Nigeria in 2007 and rose to the position of senior associate. While at Aluko & Oyebode, Temitayo started his career with the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group and subsequently rose to become one of the senior members of the Corporate and Commercial practice group. His practice areas include real estate, mergers and acquisition, information and communication technology, capital market, banking and finance, oil & gas, business advisory services (labour and employment, incorporation, tax etc.) regulatory and compliance amongst others.
